Job summary

On With Life in Polk City, Iowa, is seeking compassionate CNAs to join a mission-driven team providing rehabilitative and long-term care for brain and spinal cord injuries. You will work under licensed supervision, support activities of daily living, and help residents regain independence.

You'll gain hands-on experience in neuro-rehabilitation care--ideal for CNA's with long-term growth in mind.

• Environment: Skilled Long-Term Care
  • Location: Polk City, Iowa
  • Hours: 6:00AM-6:30PM (3 shifts/week) rotating holidays & every 3rd weekend required
  • Nurses 1:10 ratio all shifts, CNAS 1:5 Days & 1:10 nights

IMPORTANT

Please note that our orientation process (typically up to 1 month) may require working a couple days or shifts outside of what will be your permanent schedule.
