Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Cleveland, TN. You will provide routine daily nursing care and direct patient support under supervision, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in a multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements include a State-approved CNA program, active license, CPR certification, and prior SNF experience preferred. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
