Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Indiana is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will deliver daily nursing care and direct patient assistance, following state regulations and Life Care standards, to support patient well-being and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently licensed or registered as a CNA in the applicable state.
• CPR certification must be current or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients according to Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) as directed.

Education

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
