Job summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Long-Term Care in South Mountain and Somerset, PA. Roles include Float, Evening, and Night shifts with schedule variations and two-week rotation.

Pay is $25.00/hr with weekly pay and W-2 status. CNAs will work under RNs and licensed staff to deliver daily patient care, assist with ADLs, and support residents in a long-term care or residential setting.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required for Long-Term Care positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous geriatric or bedside care experience preferred or required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene and meals.
• Help residents with walking, transfers, repositioning and mobility.
• Care for ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to nursing staff.
• Participate in rehabilitation and recreational activities as prescribed.
• Maintain clean, safe resident living areas and follow infection-control procedures.
• Document care and resident information as required.
• Engage in ongoing training and in-service education.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team.

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification required for positions in Long-Term Care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience caring for geriatric or physically ill patients/residents is preferred or required based on facility requirements.
• Basic computer skills, including electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to safely assist with resident mobility and physical care.
