Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for long-term care settings in South Mountain, PA 17261 and Somerset, PA 15501. Pay rate is $25.00 per hour with weekly W-2 pay. Start date is within two weeks of offer.

Full-time positions available across evening, night, and float shifts. CNAs will support RNs and licensed staff to provide daily patient care in long-term or residential care facilities, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification required for Long-Term Care positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience caring for geriatric or physically ill patients is preferred or required based on facility requirements.
• Basic computer skills, including electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals.
• Help residents with walking, transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide care to ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Document care and resident information as required.
• Work cooperatively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team.

Available Positions: CNA – Evening Shift | South Mountain, PA 17261: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM CNA – Night Shift | South Mountain, PA 17261: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM CNA – Float | Somerset, PA 15501: 8-hour shifts. The Float CNA may work up to two different shifts during a two-week period and must be open to both the 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts.

Job Summary

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide daily care and support to patients and residents in a long-term care, hospital, infirmary, or residential care setting. CNAs will work under the direction of Registered Nurses (RNs) and other licensed healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals.
• Help residents with walking, transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide care to both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.
• Monitor residents and report changes in physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with prescribed rehabilitation and recreational activities.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living areas.
• Follow established nursing, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Document care and resident information as required.
• Participate in required training and in-service education.
• Work cooperatively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification required for positions in Long-Term Care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience caring for geriatric or physically ill patients/residents is preferred or required based on facility requirements.
• Basic computer skills, including electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to safely assist with resident mobility and physical care.
