Job summary

Heartline Staffing is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 26-week long-term care assignment in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. The position offers an evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with 40 guaranteed hours per week and 12 openings.

You will provide direct resident care within the CNA scope of practice, assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and daily care needs, and document care while reporting changes to nursing staff. Long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Pennsylvania CNA certification/registration.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Evening shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care within the CNA scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assist with mobility, positioning and transfers as appropriate.
• Support residents with daily care needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain required resident care documentation.
• Follow patient safety and facility procedures.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the nursing team.
