Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing in Grand Rapids, MN seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care across nursing homes, assisted living, rehab centers and hospitals. You will assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and document accurately while collaborating with nurses for optimal patient well‑being.

The role requires MN CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 6+ months of facility experience.

Qualifications

• Minnesota CNA certification required.
• Six or more months of nursing facility experience.
• Strong communication and compassionate care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in facilities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and document results accurately.
• Collaborate with nurses to maintain patient well‑being and safety.
• Observe changes and report promptly to adjust care as needed.

What You’ll Do as a CNA:

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output while keeping accurate records.
• Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient well-being.
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition to ensure the best care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active
