Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a caring, patient‑centered team. You’ll provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and work alongside nurses to support residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.

We offer competitive pay ($26.25–$28.25/hr), full‑time salary potential up to $58,760 annually, weekly pay, bonuses, flexible scheduling, Hazard Pay where applicable,

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota
• Six or more months of experience in a nursing facility (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output while keeping accurate records.
• Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient well-being.
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition to ensure the best care.
