Ashford Gardens in Houston, TX is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time 2pm-10pm shift. Join a team focused on compassionate care and career advancement opportunities in a supportive environment.

The CNAs will provide routine resident nurse aide care according to care plans, support resident independence, and ensure safe lifting and transfers per policies and state/federal guidelines. An active TX CNA license is required.

• Identify, document and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor.

Responsibilities
