Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for double weekends in the San Antonio, TX area. You will provide hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing setting, assisting with ADLs and supporting patient safety and comfort.

The role requires an active CNA certification, physical ability to lift and transfer patients, and strong teamwork to follow care plans and maintain a safe environment. Paycom - ATS offers comprehensive benefits including 401k with match,

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Experience delivering direct patient care in a CNA role.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
• Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly.
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training.
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
