Cantex in Round Rock, TX is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing setting. Flexible shifts include 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a to fit different schedules and support a compassionate team focused on patient safety and dignity.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, participate in handoffs, and help implement individualized care plans while maintaining infection control and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
• Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times

Requirements:
