Cantex Continuing Care Network is actively hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for The Colonnades at Reflection Bay in Pearland, TX. You will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting, assisting with ADLs and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

The role requires current CNA certification, the ability to lift and transfer patients safely, and a patient-first mindset. Excellent teamwork and reliable communication in English are essential for daily duties and collaboration

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required).
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and patient-first mindset.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
• Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times
