The Crescent in Sugar Land, TX is actively hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide hands-on care, assist with ADLs, and help maintain patient safety, comfort, and dignity in a structured clinical setting.

This full-time CNA position emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient care, and adherence to facility policies. A valid CNA certification is required, with opportunities for ongoing training and benefits that support growth in a caring work

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Experience in nursing care settings preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
• Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training.
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
• Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times.
