Celebrate Senior Living of Moline is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide personal care, safety, and comfort to residents in a compassionate environment. You will assist with daily living activities, support recreation, and help ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
Shifts include 1st shift 6:00am-2:00pm and 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm, with EOW requirement. CNA certification and inclusive teamwork are essential for delivering high-quality care.

Performs resident care activities and related nursing services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents as assigned. Assist in providing a compassionate physical, social and psychological environment, which will allow the resident to achieve the highest level of functioning. Performs duties in accordance with established nursing objectives, standards, facility policies and procedures, and residents’ rights.
Duties: Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, and positioning in and out of bed, chair, etc. Assist and encourage participation in resident recreation programs. Ensure residents are given correct diet. Prepare residents for meals and snacks, assist residents in eating, providing appropriate utensils and assistance with meals as needed, recording food intake. Read and follow plan of care; perform assigned restorative and rehabilitative procedures; report changes in resident condition to nurse in charge; document care provision on resident record/flow sheets as required. Report all accidents and incidents immediately to the supervisor.
Duties: Promote and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, residents, visitors, volunteers, and regulators. Directly respond, within their scope of practice, to needs and concerns of residents and family members. Work with the care-giving team to identify and resolve resident and family issues. Promptly respond to call lights and other resident needs.
