Job summary
Celebrate Senior Living of Moline is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide personal care, safety, and comfort to residents in a compassionate environment. You will assist with daily living activities, support recreation, and help ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
Shifts include 1st shift 6:00am-2:00pm and 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm, with EOW requirement. CNA certification and inclusive teamwork are essential for delivering high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State.
- Ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships through tactful interaction.
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish this job.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Assist and encourage participation in resident recreation programs; ensure residents receive appropriate meals and nutrition; document care.
- Report changes in resident condition to the nurse in charge and document care provision.
