Job summary

The Greens at Spruce Pine, Spruce Pine, NC, is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We offer full-time and part-time roles, day, evening and night shifts, 8-hour shifts, and flexible scheduling with Same-Day Pay.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring vital signs and documenting resident information.
• Supporting residents during meals while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will make a meaningful impact every day by:
