Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with meals, mobility, and daily routines.
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident care.
