Job summary

White Oak of Columbia is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our 7:00 AM–3:00 PM care team. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a weekend differential for Saturdays and Sundays, and PRN positions are not available. You will provide hands-on care, support residents' daily activities, and work closely with nursing staff to ensure comfort and dignity for our residents.

We value teamwork, empathy, and a positive attitude. Active SC CNA certification is required to join our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with active South Carolina certification.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care).
• Support mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
