University Health & Rehabilitation Center in Durham, NC seeks a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. As a CNA, you will provide compassionate, individualized care to residents and collaborate with a dedicated nursing team to maintain residents’ independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
