Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Coronado at Stone Oak in San Antonio, TX. This full-time position supports residents with daily care according to care plans and state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
