Job summary

Xenia Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. In this role you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health and report changes, and help with meals and mobility to support independent living in a warm, respectful environment.

You will maintain records, collaborate with nursing staff, and participate in care plan development to ensure individualized, dignified care for every resident.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with safety and dignity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinent care.
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding, serving, and cleaning up.
• Perform vital signs and measure intake/output as needed.
• Assist with toileting, bathroom care, and incontinence care.
• Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

About the Role:

• Assisting with med passes, transfers, and ambulating patients

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
