Job summary

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking CNA candidates for full-time and part-time roles. The center provides high-quality care through an interdisciplinary approach and community involvement, aiming to respect each resident's individuality with kindness and dignity.

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is recruiting for CNA candidates Full-time and Part-Time to become a part of our team!

HOURS

AM: 6am-2pm

PM: 2pm-10pm

NOC: 10pm-6am

The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
