The Shores of Worthington is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team in Worthington, Minnesota. We offer Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem shifts including AM, PM and Overnight options to support a 24/7 care environment.

As a CNA, you’ll provide direct patient care under state and facility guidelines, and contribute to a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on dignity and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines.
• Provide general nursing care per facility policy and procedure.
• Address problems identified in the patient care plan.

Shift

• Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Shifts Available

• AM (6a-2:15P)

• PM (2pm-10:15pm)

• Overnight (10pm-6:15am)

The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines

• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure

• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota *If not certified, ask us how we can help
