Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Winchester, TN is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for immediate opportunities in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This contract or permanent placement role offers flexible day/evening/night shifts and a competitive, experience-based hourly rate with weekly pay for contracts.

You will provide routine daily care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, document changes, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• At least 6 months of experience or clinical experience during training preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Physically and emotionally able to meet the demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Make routine rounds and ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
• Maintain clean and organized resident environments (beds, bedside tables, water pitchers, etc.).
• Verify resident identity prior to care or meal service.
• Report any changes in condition or concerns to nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care.
