Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to support our nursing team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PEOPLE.

Full-time and part-time schedules are available with shifts from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am. We are a 173-bed facility dedicated to long- and short-term care, offering health and dental insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing professional training to help our staff

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license in PA upon hire.
• No experience necessary; training provided.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support nursing team in daily rounds and care plans.
• Monitor weight and vitals, input/output as directed.
• Document care activities and observations accurately.

The responsibilities & duties:

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
• Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
• Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
