Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care in White Sulphur Springs, MT.

This role supports patients in their homes, helping with daily living activities and health monitoring under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will work one-on-one with patients, perform vital checks, assist with mobility, and follow each patient’s tailored care plan.

Qualifications

• Montana CNA certification required.
• CPR certification.
• Covid-19 vaccination card.
• Valid Montana driver’s license with auto insurance and transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those with illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document changes.
• Work with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed.
• Observe patients and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment.

As a recipient of federal funds through the VA and/or Medicare/Medicaid, Interim HealthCare is required to comply with federal health care regulations.
