• Must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate or completion from an Illinois-approved CNA training program.
• Prior CNA experience is preferred but training will be considered for strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices.
• Support education and reassurance for residents and families as needed.

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department.
