Bella Terra La Grange, a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in La Grange, IL, is seeking Registered Nurses to join our caring team. We offer day, PM, and night shifts with competitive wages and on-demand pay.

As an RN, you will assess residents, administer medications per care plans, lead the clinical team, and advocate for residents’ well-being. Illinois RN license required; prior SNF experience preferred.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license;

• Prior Registered Nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Registered Nurse, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra LaGrange by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
