Job summary

Bella Terra Schaumburg is seeking CNAs to join the friendly, caring team on the 3pm-11pm shift. This role requires maintaining high-quality daily care for residents and supporting a safe, respectful living environment in Schaumburg, IL.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with weekend requirements rotating. We offer competitive wages, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for internal growth within a supportive Clinical Department.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited CNA training course.

Responsibilities

• Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Monitor residents' condition and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to care plans.
• Provide compassionate, respectful resident care and contact family when appropriate.

As a CNA you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Schaumburg by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited CNA training course. Prior CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
