Position Summary

The primary responsibility is to provide a safe environment, emotional and social support, and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort. Tasks include direct care as per the care plan, following health, sanitary, and infection control policies, and adhering to community standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing, per state laws
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age: 18 (or currently in high school if 16)
• Ability to communicate in English and follow instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with team members and follow safety protocols
• Flexible with work hours as scheduled
• No health or safety threats to others in the workplace

Experience

Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Shift & Wage Details

• Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available
• Shifts vary (e.g., 7am-12pm for PT)
• Wage range: $16.00 - $19.00/hr
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,000
