Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k).

• Work with community management to provide personalized care, and update resident status at shift start/end.
• Assist residents with dining, personal care, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures.
• Help with activities of daily living like showers, bathroom assistance, dressing, and grooming.
• Completion and maintenance of State CNA/STNA certification are required.
