WesleyLife is seeking a compassionate CNA in Washington, IA to support residents with daily living activities and healthcare needs.

You will provide companionship, monitor health, administer medications where appropriate, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure each resident’s well-being. Multiple shifts available, including PRN positions, with a sign-on bonus for eligible roles.

We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $2,500 for Full-Time and $1,500 for Part-Time!

As a CNA, you will:

Compensation & Flexibility:

• The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
• Shift Differentials: 2nd Shift-$3.00/hr, 3rd Shift-$4.00/hr and Weekends-$1.00/hr
