Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center in Warrensburg, MO is looking for a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. This role focuses on providing compassionate, personalized care to residents and supporting daily living activities.

This PRN position offers flexible 12-hour shifts, competitive pay with shift differential, paid time off, advancement opportunities, and same-day pay. New graduates welcome; join our active, dedicated team and make an impact on patient care.

Qualifications

• Current license as Certified Nurse Assistant in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18.
• Completed COVID-19 Vaccination or willingness to receive vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Pass out meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds & keep residents’ spaces clean and tidy.
• Perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residents.
