Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center in Sedalia, MO is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team on a PRN schedule. The role focuses on high-quality resident care, personal assistance, and creating a supportive environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized daily resident care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support residents with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Pass out meal trays and document intake.
• Make beds and keep rooms tidy and safe.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Support social interaction and engagement among residents.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Job Requirements:

• Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Missouri.
• Completed COVID-19 Vaccination or a willingness to receive vaccination.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18.

Duties and Responsibilities for Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Pass out meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds & keep residents' space clean and tidy.
• Perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residents.
