Job summary

Allpro Homecare MA is seeking an Experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and support veterans with non-medical homecare.

We offer a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and online training. Candidates must have a current CNA license, be able to pass a background check, and have reliable transportation. Hoyer lift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current state license in good standing as a CNA.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
• Hoyer Lift Experience (if applicable).
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assists client with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assists client with toileting, including use of bedpan, or toilet.
• Assists client with transfers and ambulation with cane, walker, or wheelchair.
• Performs housekeeping duties.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals with client assistance when able.
• Report unusual events to the administrator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Complete all duties within the Client Service Plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists client with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Assists client with toileting, including use of bedpan, or toilet
• Assists client with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair
• Performs housekeeping duties
• Plan, prepare and serve meals, with assistance from the clients (when they are able).
• Report any unusual events or occurrences to the administrator
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Completes all other duties within the Client Service Plan
