Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.50/hr

Daily Pay Available

As a CNA, you'll care for residents and patients, building meaningful relationships that are rare in other healthcare settings. Our staff is the lifeline for our patients, residents, and their families.

The primary purpose of the CNA is to ensure the highest quality of resident care, support staff, and uphold our values of wellness, compassion, customer experience, and company results.

CNA responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing patient comfort using available resources and materials.
• Transporting patients.
• Answering call lights and patient requests.
• Reporting observations to nursing staff and documenting actions appropriately.

CNA Requirements:

• Must be a certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state of employment.
• Experience with geriatric patients is a plus.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program.
• Completion of orientation as per company policy.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment (if required).
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Ability to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide proof of identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.
