Role Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Encourage residents to participate in holistic health activities
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Follow policies, procedures, and medication administration protocols (if licensed)

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and passion for helping others
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Minimum age 19, valid driver’s license
• Completed state-approved nurse assistant training
• Current 40-hour medication aide license or willingness to complete training
• Meet health requirements as per facility policies
