Job Opportunity: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: York/Lancaster Area, PA

Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with activities of daily living (ADL), including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, and nails.
2. Support toileting, positioning, and transfer activities, including turning and repositioning bed-bound residents/patients.
3. Assist with prescribed exercises and range of motion activities as instructed by the Hospice Nurse.
4. Perform light housekeeping of the patient's personal space, including changing bed linens and laundry.
5. Feed patients and assist with meals.
6. Measure temperature, pulse, and respirations under supervision.
7. Report any changes in the patient's condition to the Hospice Nurse and document appropriately.
8. Assist or remind patients to take medications in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• State Certified CNA license
• Experience in hospice or home health preferred; at least 1 year preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
