Job summary

Seton Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join all shifts at our warm, resident-focused community. You will provide daily living assistance, monitor residents, and communicate changes to the nursing team to ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CNA certificate in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Primary caregiver for residents, assisting with all activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and maintain resident stability by tracking weight, vitals, input/output, and administering tests as needed.
• Communicate changes in residents' status to the nursing team to ensure timely care.
• Accurately documented care actions by completing forms, reports, and logs.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers by maintaining a caring and compassionate demeanor.
