Lafayette Manor, Inc in Uniontown, PA is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nonprofit skilled nursing facility. Full-time night shifts cover three 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6am, with every other weekend.

The role emphasizes compassionate geriatric care and teamwork within a supportive environment. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs and vital signs, document care, and adhere to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification.
• Compassionate approach to geriatric care.
• Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic EHR/documentation skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital signs.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and comfort.
• Perform routine rounds, repositioning, and skin care.
• Document care accurately and communicate changes to licensed staff.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
