Job summary

Southern Hills Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join the evening shift team. You will provide direct patient care, assist residents with activities of daily living, and support nursing staff to deliver quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and documentation of resident care.
• Develop and maintain a positive, respectful rapport with residents, families, and fellow staff members.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and support.

About The Role

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Your attention to detail, empathy, and strong communication skills will enable you to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.
