Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking full-time Certified Nurse Aides to join our team in Traverse City, Michigan. A variety of afternoon and morning shifts are available, with starting pay at $22.89 per hour. Additional pay includes $5.00/hour for MN shifts, $5.00/hour for weekend shifts, and $3.40/hour wage pass-through.

Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Responsibilities include daily resident care per care plans and restorative nursing care to promote

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification and be able to pass a background check.
• Experience providing daily resident care and maintaining dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care per care plan (hygiene, grooming, dressing, dining).
• Provide restorative nursing care (range of motion, positioning, skin care, transfers).
• Encourage independence, socialization, and activity participation.
• Notify charge nurse of changes in resident condition or safety concerns.

Position Details

• Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking motivated, full time Certified Nurse Aides to join our team. Variety of afternoon and Morning shifts available.
• The starting wage is $22.89 / hour
• $5.00 / hour for working MN Shift
• $5.00 / hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts
• $3.40 / hour Wage Pass Through
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Tasks

• Provide daily care to residents per care plan, i.e., personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, assist with dining.
• Provide restorative nursing care to include range of motion, positioning and body alignment, preventive skin care, transfer and ambulation training, bowel and bladder training.
• Encourage independence, socialization and participation in activities.
• Notifies charge nurse of any change in resident need or condition, injury or potentially unsafe activity or event.
