Key Responsibilities

• Personalized Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal assistance, while preserving dignity and comfort.

• Comfort & Safety Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

• Meaningful Engagement: Build trusting relationships with residents and their families to foster a welcoming, home‑like atmosphere.

• Clean & Organized Environment: Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas in accordance with facility standards.

• Accurate Documentation: Record and communicate changes in condition, care provided, and resident needs clearly and promptly.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality, individualized care.

• Quality of Life Support: Encourage and assist residents with activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well‑being.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Florida
