Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license required.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance.
• Assist residents with safe transfers, positioning, and mobility support.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents and families.
• Assist with recreational and social activities to promote engagement and well-being.
• Support residents with hydration, nutrition, and daily living needs.
• Accurately document care provided, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care plans.

Pay Rate: $17 – $20/hour (based on experience) + Shift Differentials
