Space Coast Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated team on Merritt Island, FL. You will provide direct resident care, assist with transfers, document care, and collaborate with nurses to deliver individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license is required.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance.
• Assist residents with safe transfers, positioning, and mobility support.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents and families.
• Assist with recreational and social activities to promote engagement and well-being.
• Support hydration, nutrition, and daily living needs.
• Document care provided and any incidents or concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans.

Pay Rate: $17 – $20/hour (based on experience) + Shift Differentials

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document care provided, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns

• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care plans
