Venetian Care & Rehabilitation in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. Must have a New Jersey CNA license and CPR/BLS certification. Various schedules available including full-time, part-time, and PRN with daily pay options.

We offer a supportive, patient-centered environment with shift differentials and opportunities for growth within a 180-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting. Join us to provide compassionate care and enrich residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, linen changes).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Join our team at Venetian Care & Rehabilitation as an NJ Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant!

Full-time, Part-time, and PRN opportunities available!

Full-time & Per Diem: All shifts

Part-time: 7 AM - 3 PM & 3 PM - 11 PM

$18.50 - $24 per hour (all-inclusive)

$1 hourly shift diff

$3 hourly no frills (decline your benefits for a higher rate)

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
