MediLodge of Tawas City in Tawas City, MI seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join a caring team. Under supervision, you will assist residents with daily living activities and monitor basic health needs, with 12-hour day or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Assist with feeding and meal assistance.
• Support ROM exercises and mobility to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Turn and position residents in bed; assist with ambulation for short distances.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Starting Wages at$22.40-$29.97 per Hour

Summary:

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Licenses/Certification:

• Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment.

Experience:

• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
