Responsibilities

• Assist with mealtime setup, dining support, and hydration/nutrition monitoring.
• Maintain clean, safe, and therapeutic resident living areas and care environments.
• Complete accurate daily care logs and documentation per facility standards.
• Provide emotional and social support while upholding resident dignity and confidentiality.
• Follow safety, emergency, and infection control procedures.

What You'll Do

• Provide emotional and social support while promoting resident dignity, independence, and confidentiality.
• Follow all safety, emergency, and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for all residents and staff.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida.
• Minimum 1 year (12 months) of experience in senior care, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital settings.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and assist residents with physical mobility needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Dependable, empathetic, and capable of working effectively within a clinical care team.
