Job summary

The Blossoms at Star City Rehab & Nursing Center in Star City, AR is hiring full-time CNAs to provide compassionate care to our residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor safety, and report concerns to the charge nurse. We value teamwork and reliable, caring individuals.

Qualifications

Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by:

• Assisting residents with all activities of daily living, providing compassionate care and support.
• Conducting resident rounds as assigned, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Completing all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identifying resident problems and concerns, promptly reporting them to the charge nurse for appropriate follow-up and resolution.

Position Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be a registered certified nursing assistant (CNA) in accordance with the laws of this state.
• CPR certification is preferred, but not necessary.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
