Ivory Wellness Center in East Norriton, PA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily care to residents, assisting with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and promptly responding to call lights in a supportive environment.

The role offers $19–$25.50 per hour with part-time or full-time schedules, plus extensive benefits including same-day pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Current CNA certification in NJ
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• TB test and physical health requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Respond promptly and respectfully to call lights and resident requests
• Monitor resident health and report any changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments
• Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility protocols
• Always follow infection control and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to provide resident-centered care
